General Shipping Information

All orders placed on Happy Pique are shipped through trusted third-party shipping partners. Every product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation, unless mentioned otherwise for customised or bulk orders.

Delays

Delays may occur during:

While we strive to deliver on time, these delays are beyond our control.

International Shipping Policy

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges imposed by the destination country must be borne by the customer
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee
  • Happy Pique does not have control over or visibility into customs charges

If duties or taxes are not paid by the customer, the shipment may be delayed or returned. In such cases, Happy Pique will not be responsible for refunds or re-shipping costs.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order value

Any free shipping or promotional shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website or during checkout.

Delays & Exceptions

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities or unforeseen logistical disruptions

Happy Pique is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or government authorities.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of order placement.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details may incur additional re-shipping charges
  • International orders returned due to non-payment of customs duties or refusal to accept delivery are not eligible for refunds

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos and a mandatory unboxing video for verification

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
