1. Do you ship outside India/Do you accept international orders ?
Ans: Yes, we do! We ship outside India and accept international orders. We ship international orders using EMS service by India Post and DTDC.
2. Do you accept bulk orders ?
Ans: Yes, we do! We accept bulk orders. Please understand we do not sell our products for reselling, we just accept bulk orders. For bulk order please write to email@example.com
3. Can I track my order ?
Ans: Yes. You can track your package using the tracking id sent to your email address and entering it in the track order button in the footer.
4. Will you please create an order for me ?
Ans: Of course! We would love to create an order for you. You can just tell us what all products you would like to purchase with your shipping details, your email id and contact number through WhatsApp or Facebook messenger or our Instagram handle.
5. Will you please accept my order through WhatsApp ?
Ans: No issues at all! We would love to take your order through WhatsApp. Please share with us the products you would like to order with the shipping address, email address and phone number and TaDa! Your order will be confirmed!
6. I don't know to use net banking or online payments. I am afraid to pay through internet. Can I transfer funds through bank transfer ?
Ans: We understand you. You happily can transfer funds through bank transfer. Please direct message us to place your order and pay using bank transfer. Also, please do worry about online payments; all the payments made through our website is safe and secure.
