1. When will you dispatch my order ?

Ans: All the products are dispatched with 24 to 48 hours after you order them or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.  

2. How do you ship my order ?

Ans: All the orders placed in India are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or through Speed Post by India Post.

3. How do you ship to International countries ?

Ans: We use EMS by India Post and DTDC services to ship international orders. We can also send your packages through specific courier companies, available in India, if insisted by you. 

4. Can you gift wrap my order ? 

Ans: Gift wrap option is available with an additional cost of INR 30. Please check our gift wrapping option if you would like your order to be gift wrapped while placing your order on our website.

5. How can I track my order ?

Ans: An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can track your order by clicking on the option 'Track Order' in the footer of our website and entering the tracking id received.
