1. When will you dispatch my order ?

Ans: All the products are dispatched with 24 to 48 hours after you order them or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.  

2. How do you ship my order ?

Ans: All the orders placed in India are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or through Speed Post by India Post.

3. How do you ship to International countries ?

Ans: We use EMS by India Post to ship international orders. We feel India Post is the cheapest and safest means to ship your products internationally. We can also send your packages through specific courier companies, available in India, if insisted by you. 

4. Can you gift wrap my order ? 

Ans: Sure! Gift wrap option is available with an additional cost of INR 30. You can add gift wrap option by mentioning about it in the order notes while you place your order or you can WhatsApp, call or write to us to gift wrap to your order. Please make sure you inform us about gift wrapping, as soon as you place your order. 

5. How can I track my order ?

Ans: 

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can track your order by clicking on the option 'Track Order' in the footer of our website and entering the tracking id received.
