We hope you won't have to check this page more often! Because we know how it feels to return a product and again wait for your package to receive.
1. I received the wrong item!
Ans: Very sorry! It happens very rarely when there are too many orders for the day. We will send you the replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
2. I found my item missing!
Ans: Please write an email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org about the missing product. You can also WhatsApp or call to +91-7338933580. We would dispatch the missing product or refund you the money.
3. I opened my package and found the product damaged!
Ans: Please write a mail to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp to +91-7338933580 with the photos of the damaged product and your order id. After confirmation from our end, we will initiate the refund or replacement for the same product.
5. Hey wait! Please do not process my order, I want to cancel it!
Ans: Okay! Relax! We can cancel your order if your order is not shipped by the time you reach out to us. If your order is still at our place, we can cancel your order. For cancellations, please call or contact us through WhatsApp.
6. In short, what is your return policy ?
Ans: We generally do not accept returns because we double check the products before shipping them. In case if you face any of the problems mentioned above, we are ready to help by accepting returns or by giving a refund. Please note, we do not provide reverse pick ups. Product has to be self shipped and the tracking number can be shared with us through email or WhatsApp.
